Roles and Responsibilites

• Lead all team functions, including staffing, recruitment, and compensation planning and performance management.
• Provide oversight and guidance to ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project/practice management to drive initiatives, best practices, billable utilization and customer reference ability.
• Work with project managers to facilitate resolution of issues affecting the project scope and/or timeframes and customer satisfaction.
• Drive adherence to quality and continuous improvement of best practices and delivery methodology.
• Support sales organization through participation in prospective client meetings, identifying and scoping customer needs and contributing information for RFP responses and CRP.
• Develop positive customer relationships and negotiate difficult situation to ensure successfully resolution with customers.
• Provide functional specifications to technical team for any customization development.
• Drive organizational revenue and margin targets.
• Leverage all internal/external knowledge resources to increase the knowledge capacity of the team in product knowledge, business domains, new solutions and technologies.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with clients’ end users.
• Ensure best resource utilization.
• Participate in pre-project activities, such as defining client opportunities, value drivers, determining scope, and developing a compelling business cases to help the client in strategic decision-making activities.
• Responsible for drafting the project plan: scope, deliverables, timelines, resources and project financials.
• Develop a solution framework and an implementation plan for industry specific projects or complex projects using new dimension products.
• Providing comprehensive advice to clients on long-term and short-term strategic initiatives, which anticipate the future direction of SAP solutions, and affect business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct strategic level workshops with clients to drive a SAP solution for acceptance and implementation.
• Ensure proposed solutions ad implementations meet the project deadline, financial budget and are of the highest quality.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
