Position: SAP Senior SD Consultant

Roles and Responsibilites

  • • Gather information on the clients’ current business processes and prepare the required documents to illustrate that.
  • • Gather information on the client’s business requirement and prepare the required document to illustrate that.
  • • Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired business requirements and recommend/develop solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  • • Design, configure, test SAP solutions in various SAP module(s): CRM, SD, CS, etc.
  • • Responsible of successful implementation of SAP modules(s): CRM, SD, CS, etc.; providing functional expertise and guidance to clients on functionality and usability of the solution.
  • • Determine reporting requirements: Standard SAP reports or any custom reports required.
  • • Coordinate with other module SAP consultants for Integration requirements.
  • • Provide functional specifications to technical team for any customization development.
  • • Prepare end-users documents and testing scripts and ensure all scenarios are covered.
  • • Involved in functional and integration testing.
  • • Facilitate and attend meetings with clients’ end users.
  • • Maintains up to date knowledge with new capabilities and technology within the SAP module(s): CRM, SD, CS, etc.
  • • Provide production support after Go-Live.
  • • Participate in pre-sales activities including preparation of presentations, demos and CRP.
